How the record is kept

Prices and limits live in one curated file. Each figure is stored with the address it was read at and the date. When a figure changes, the edit adds an entry here with the old and the new value, so the history of that file is the history of the plans.

Nothing is rewritten automatically from a scrape. Pricing pages change layout often and rarely publish limits in a structured way, so a script that copies numbers would be wrong without anyone noticing. The scheduled job only answers one question: did the visible text of the page change since last week?

What you will not find here

Changes from before the first snapshot, and limits reported on forums. Both exist elsewhere, and both are hard to verify. A figure unchecked for more than 30 days is flagged wherever it appears on this site.

Questions people ask

Why does the log start in October 2026?

Because that is when the first snapshot was taken. Older changes would have to be reconstructed from memory or from other sites, and those disagree with each other, so the log only records what we read ourselves.

How do you notice a change?

Two ways. A scheduled job downloads the pricing pages that allow automated reading once a week, hashes the visible text and records when it changes. That is only an alarm: a person then re-reads the page and edits the data. Pages that block automated reading are re-read by hand.

Do you track limits changed without announcement?

Only when the published wording changes. Limits reported by users on forums are not in the data today. When they are added they will appear in a separate block labelled as user reports, never mixed with what the provider publishes.

Is there a feed?

Not yet. For now this page is the record.
